Established in 2014, Magna Global was set up primarily as a residential developer.
Our focus is maximising asset value by utilising correct asset purchase, adding value through understanding the planning process, activating a mix of units and retaining a consistently high level of specification and understanding of the local market. After numerous successful conversions early on in our journey, we started acquiring land around the West London commuter belt – building up a substantial land bank and project portfolio over a period of 3 years.
We securely established ourselves in the marketplace by purchasing circa £80 million in GDV assets across the commuter belt. Over time we have formed strategic partnerships with both central government and local councils, specifically the Borough of Woking with whom Magna has a strategic PRS (Private Rented Sector) Joint Venture.
We diligently focused on the advantage provided by the Permitted Development opportunity, with the conversion of empty office buildings into residential dwellings. The long term vision for the business has always been clear from conception: a developer delivering a high quality yet accessible product, satisfying the market demand for the housing shortage and creating iconic buildings. Our expansion within the real estate sector has included PRS (Private Rented Sector), mixed use schemes, hotel and resort development – establishing Magna Group as a global company.
